近年来,一次性塑料注射器已普遍取代传统的玻璃注射器。由于塑料表面吸附能力高于玻璃,使残留于塑料注射器中的放射性陡增。笔者对各种不同放射性药物(主要是~(99m)Tc标记物)在塑料注射器中的残留情况作了实验研究,并与玻璃注射器作了对比。现报告如下。一、材料与方法将~(99m)Tc新鲜洗脱液稀释至37MBq/ml,常规标记羟基亚甲基二膦酸(MDP)等药物(上海医科大学红旗药厂、江苏省原子医学研究所生产),连同洗脱液~(99m)TcO_4~-和Na~(131)I溶液共14种备
