目的考察多剂量包装中的无防腐剂滴眼液微生物污染的发生率。方法收集住院患者使用3 d、门诊患者使用7 d的滴眼液瓶,用不同类型的培养基平板(巧克力琼脂,血琼脂,真菌培养基和滋养培养基)对滴眼液进行菌落培养,并以标准的微生物检定技术检定菌落生长。结果95支滴眼液瓶中,含有10种不同的滴眼液。其中8支有显著意义的菌落生长。从滴眼液中培养的微生物有7种,分别为金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、芽孢杆菌、沙雷菌、克雷伯菌、阴沟肠杆菌和α链球菌。金黄色葡萄球菌最常见。结论多剂量包装的无防腐剂滴眼液有被潜在致病性微生物污染的危险。
Objective To investigate the incidence of microbial contamination of preservative-free eye drops in multi-dose packaging. Methods Eye drops were collected from hospitalized patients for 3 days and outpatients for 7 days. The ophthalmic solution was cultured in different types of medium plates (chocolate agar, blood agar, fungal medium and nourishing medium) Colony growth was verified using standard microbial assay techniques. Results 95 drops eye drops containing 10 different eye drops. Eight of them had significant colony growth. Seven kinds of microorganisms cultured from eye drops were Staphylococcus aureus, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus, Bacillus, Serratia, Klebsiella, Enterobacter cloacae and Streptococcus. Staphylococcus aureus is the most common. Conclusion The multi-dose, non-preservative eye drops are at risk of being contaminated with potentially pathogenic microorganisms.
