依据“在保护不发生拒动的基础上，尽可能减少误动”的原则，从防止抽汽倒流引起的汽轮机超速飞车事故出发，结合独山子热电厂实际情况，提出相对完整的汽轮机热工保护的双重化改造方案，包括信号发送、保护回路及保护电源等双重化方案。
Based on the principle of “minimizing misoperation on the basis of not refusing protection,” aiming at the prevention of steam turbine over speeding accidents caused by pumping backflow, a relatively complete thermal protection of steam turbine was proposed according to the actual situation of Dushanzi Thermal Power Plant Dual transformation program, including signal transmission, protection circuit and protection of power and other dual programs.
