采用单反射率曲线拟合的方法,测定了聚合物电致发光器件(PLEDs)中常用的发光聚合物poly[2-me-thoxy-5-(2-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene](MEH-PPV)和poly(9,9-dioctylfluoreny-2,7-diyl)(PFO)的光学常数和薄膜厚度。基于Forouhi-Bloomer(FB)色散模型,拟合得到了两种聚合物在可见波段的光学常数以及薄膜厚度。折射率和光学带隙的拟合结果符合文献报道的数值,各薄膜物理厚度的拟合值同样符合台阶仪的测量值,两者偏差小于4%。最后,对反射率测量过程中薄膜表面散射引起的损失对拟合结果的影响进行了讨论。
Using single-reflectivity curve fitting method, the luminescent polymer of poly [2-me-thoxy-5- (2-ethyl-hexyloxy) -1,4-phenylenevinylene ] (MEH-PPV) and poly (9,9-dioctylfluoreny-2,7-diyl) (PFO). Based on the Forouhi-Bloomer (FB) dispersion model, the optical constants and film thicknesses of the two polymers in the visible range were fitted. The fitting results of refractive index and optical band gap accord with the values reported in the literature. The fitted values of the physical thickness of each film are also in line with the measured values of the stepper, the deviation between the two is less than 4%. Finally, the influence of the loss due to scattering on the film surface during the reflectance measurement on the fitting results is discussed.
