以4种西瓜砧木幼苗为试材,进行15℃/5℃(昼/夜)连续7d低温处理,测定4种西瓜砧木幼苗的生长指标和生理指标。结果表明:低温胁迫后西瓜砧木材料“黄金搭档”株高、茎粗、地上部鲜质量、根鲜质量的相对生长量均高于其它砧木;根系活力、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性亦不同程度高于其它砧木,而丙二醛(MDA)含量则显著低于其它砧木,可见西瓜砧木材料“黄金搭档”值得在西瓜耐低温生产中推广应用。
Four kinds of watermelon rootstock seedlings were used as materials to conduct the low temperature treatment at 15 ℃ / 5 ℃ (day / night) for 7 days. The growth indexes and physiological indexes of four kinds of watermelon rootstock seedlings were determined. The results showed that the relative growth of plant height, stem diameter, shoot fresh weight and root fresh weight of watermelon rootstock ’Golden partner ’ was higher than that of other rootstocks under low temperature stress; root activity, soluble sugar content, proline Pro, SOD and POD were also higher than those of other rootstocks, while MDA content was significantly lower than that of other rootstocks, indicating that the watermelon rootstock material “ Gold partner ”deserves to promote the application of low temperature in watermelon production.
