研究了E1接口和ISA总线之间转换器的设计，从工程实践的角度描述了其硬软件组成，并介绍了一个用于动力设备与环境集中监控系统的工程实例。
The design of the converter between E1 interface and ISA bus is studied. The hardware and software composition is described from the point of view of engineering practice. An engineering example for power plant and environment monitoring system is also introduced.
