为了精确控制阀门的开度,提出了基于STC12C5A60S2单片机的硬件控制电路,选用角位移传感器WDD22D对阀门开度进行采集,并有LCD进行显示,键盘进行现场操作,通过输入模块的信号和反馈信号在单片机中进行比较从而由单片机控制压电阀的进出气,实现阀门的开度控制。并且针对气体的可压缩性,难以对阀门实现精确控制的问题提出模糊PID控制算法对压电阀进行控制,仿真实验表明该方法有一定的实用价值。
In order to precisely control the opening of the valve, a hardware control circuit based on the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is proposed. The angular displacement sensor WDD22D is used to collect the valve opening, and the LCD is displayed. The keyboard is operated on site. The input signal and feedback signal of the module Microcontroller compared to the single-chip control of the piezoelectric valve inlet and outlet to achieve the valve opening control. In view of the compressibility of the gas, it is difficult to put forward the fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the piezoelectric valve because of the difficulty in accurately controlling the valve. The simulation results show that the method has some practical value.
