(三) 培养基有关用于分离抗酸菌的培养基对SPCN比率的影响很大,根据Satter和Youmans(1948)发现结核菌生长利用Tween80为碳源,有甘油存在可以抑制其生长。早在1979年束村道雄等制备无甘油的Tween80鸡卵培养基(含0.1%MgSO_4),痰标本结核菌分离培养证明阳性率高、菌落生长多而快。161份涂阳痰标本,在小川和Tween80鸡卵培基上均阳性或阴性者分别为141份与12份,只有1份在小川培养上阳性而且7份在Tween鸡卵培基上阳性,SPCN标本,前者是19,后者是13。
(III) Medium The medium used to separate the acid-fast bacterium has a large effect on the SPCN ratio. According to Satter and Youmans (1948), it was found that the growth of tubercle bacillus was inhibited by the presence of glycerol using Tween80 as the carbon source. As early as 1979, Taketo Takemura et al prepared non-glycerol Tween80 chicken egg culture medium (containing 0.1% MgSO 4), sputum specimens of M. tuberculosis isolated culture proved positive rate of colonies grow fast. In 161 smear-positive sputum samples, 141 and 12 were positive or negative respectively in Ogawa and Tween80 chicken eggs, and only 1 was positive in Ogawa culture and 7 in Tween chicken egg culture medium. SPCN Specimens, the former is 19, the latter is 13.
