目的:就优质护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果进行分析与探究。方法:选择梁平县人民医院自2015年7月至2016年5月收治的子宫肌瘤患者70例,其后依据患者入院先后顺序进行平均分为2组每组各35例。接受常规护理的35例患者设为参照组,接受优质护理的35例患者设为观察组,最后将两组子宫肌瘤手术患者的护理效果进行观察与探究。结果:观察组和参照组患者经不同方法护理后,观察组住院时间、术后肛门排气时间较比参照组明显较短,观察组护理满意度较比参照组明显较高,其护理质量评分较比参照组也明显较高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫肌瘤手术患者中应用优质护理效果理想。 Objective: To analyze and explore the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods: 70 cases of uterine fibroids were treated in Liangping County People’s Hospital from July 2015 to May 2016, and then divided into two groups of 35 cases in each group according to the order of admission. Thirty-five patients undergoing routine care were enrolled as reference group and 35 patients receiving quality care as observation group. Finally, the nursing effects of two groups of patients with uterine fibroids were observed and investigated. Results: The patients in the observation group and the reference group were treated by different methods. The hospitalization time and postoperative anal exhaust time were significantly shorter in the observation group and the reference group. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group. The nursing quality score Compared with the reference group was also significantly higher, between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of high quality care in patients with uterine fibroid surgery is effective.
