棘隙吸虫隶属棘口科棘隙属,由食鱼引起的寄生虫病,重度感染者可导致人畜死亡。1987～1988年,我们在龙海县动物体内发现一种棘隙吸虫,认为是尚未被描述过的新种,为进一步确证,通过生活史人工感染实验,结果发现该虫的第一中间宿主为铜锈环棱螺。1989年在龙海县开展调查,查出人群感染病例,同时收集感染者虫卵,重复进行了生活史实验研究,结果又相互印证。所获研究资料与近似种作鉴别比较和讨论分析,为确立新虫种的独立性提供科学依据。本新种经我国著名棘口吸虫学
Echinococcosis is a member of the genus Thrush, which is a parasitic disease caused by eating fish. Serious infections can lead to the death of humans and animals. From 1987 to 1988, we found an echinococcosis in the animals of Longhai County, which is considered as a new species that has not been described yet. For further confirmation, we found that the first intermediate host of this worm was Copper rust rib collar. In 1989, an investigation was carried out in Longhai County to find out the human cases of infection and to collect the eggs of the infected persons. Experimental studies on the life history were repeated and the results were mutually confirmed. The obtained research data are compared with the approximate species for identification and discussion, providing a scientific basis for establishing the independence of the new species.
