【目的】采用肺音频谱分析,评价平喘摩按法对儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效。【方法】采集11例儿童哮喘急性发作患者在实施平喘摩按法手法治疗前后的呼吸音,输入电脑导出肺音频谱信号数据,对声音强度(LSI)、平均有效功率(average RMS power)、总有效功率(total RMS power)及频率谱每隔25 Hz的音量大小进行比较。【结果】哮喘急性发作患儿在实施平喘摩按法手法治疗后,呼吸音强度、平均有效功率、总有效功率显著降低,与手法治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肺音频谱分析显示:手法治疗后,频率在300 Hz以下音量显著降低,与手法治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而频率在300 Hz以上手法治疗前后音量大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】肺音频谱分析可以客观、量化监测哮喘患儿肺通气功能,是一种新的、灵敏的临床检测方法。平喘摩按法治疗儿童哮喘急性发作效果显著。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of Pingchuang massage for acute asthma in children by using lung audio spectrum analysis. 【Methods】 A total of 11 acute asthmatic children with asthma were collected before and after the asthma massage therapy. The data of lung audio spectrum were input into the computer, and the sound intensity (LSI), average RMS power, The total RMS power and frequency spectra are compared for each 25 Hz volume. 【Results】 The results showed that the respiratory intensity, average effective power and total effective power of children with acute asthma attack were significantly decreased after the treatment of asthma by manual method. There was significant difference between before and after treatment (P <0.01). The lung audio frequency spectrum analysis showed that the volume decreased significantly below 300 Hz after manipulation, which was significantly different from that before manipulation (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the volume before and after manipulation at frequencies above 300 Hz Significance (P> 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Pulmonary audio spectrum analysis can objectively and quantitatively monitor pulmonary ventilation in children with asthma. It is a new and sensitive clinical detection method. Anti-asthma treatment according to the law of acute exacerbation of childhood asthma significantly.
