从总体上回顾了建国四十年黑色冶金矿山的生产建设的巨大成就,科学技术进步的丰硕成果,安全文明生产、矿区文教、生活福利的明显改善,以及改革开放以来的新成绩。总结正、反两方面的经验,加深了对矿山的特点和规律的认识,归纳出六条基本经验,并对今后工作提出八点设想。 From the overall review, I have reviewed the tremendous achievements made in the construction and production of black metallurgical mines during the 40 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the fruitful achievements in science and technology, the remarkable improvement in cultural and educational activities, welfare and living in the mining areas, and new achievements since the reform and opening up. Summarizing positive and negative experiences, deepening the understanding of the characteristics and laws of the mines, concluding six basic experiences and putting forward eight ideas for future work.
