云南普玛低品位钛铁矿含Fe 20.84%,TiO_25.26%,其中磁铁矿约占总铁的23.42%,钛铁矿约占总钛的32.32%.针对矿石中Fe及TiO_2品位低、嵌布粒度细、矿物成分复杂等特点,采用“一段磨矿-弱磁选铁-强磁抛尾-强磁精矿再磨-弱磁再选铁-摇床精选”的联合工艺流程,可获得铁精矿含Fe品位62.61%,Fe回收率27.35%,钛精矿含TiO_2品位44.90%,TiO_2回收率38.90%的分选指标,有效回收了矿石中的磁铁矿和钛铁矿.
