慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期（AECOPD）不但有咳嗽、咯痰及喘息，还常常并发不寐，2者并发常可加重病情及影响治疗效果。作者在西医常规治疗的前提下加用了中药百乐眠胶囊，取得了满意的效果，现报告如下。
