针对深部矿井热害治理存在的问题,笔者提出了以高低压转换装置为核心的地面集中矿井降温系统的设计方案;设计了基于PLC控制单元和工控机的控制集中系统,采用组态软件WinCC编写了控制程序;基于系统的大延迟和大惯性,提出了神经网络与预测控制相结合的控制策略,从而改善了控制品质,增加了系统的稳定性。
In view of the existing problems of heat treatment in deep mines, the author puts forward the design scheme of cooling system for ground-centered mines with high and low voltage conversion devices as the core. The centralized control system based on PLC control unit and industrial control computer is designed. Using the configuration software WinCC Based on the large delay and large inertia of the system, a control strategy based on neural network and predictive control is proposed, which improves the control quality and increases the stability of the system.
