目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)扫描延迟时间不同确定方法在先天性心脏畸形诊断中的临床应用。资料与方法将42例疑有先天性心脏畸形患者随机分为两组,分别采用bolus-tracking和生理循环法确定扫描延迟时间,对扫描后的血管强化程度、重组图像清晰度进行评价。结果bolus-tracking组和生理循环法组心脏血管强化差异无统计学意义,重组图像清晰度两组间无差异。结论在进行先天性心脏畸形MSCTA检查时,用Bolus-tracking和生理循环法确定扫描延迟时间,在其他注射参数相同的情况下,均能满足诊断要求,对于复杂畸形不易判断血管触发区域时使用生理循环法比较可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of different determination methods of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis of congenital heart defects. Materials and Methods 42 cases of congenital heart abnormalities were randomly divided into two groups. The delay of scanning was determined by bolus-tracking and physiological cycle respectively. The degree of enhancement of blood vessels after scanning and the resolution of the reconstructed images were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in cardiovascular enhancement between the bolus-tracking group and the physiological circulation group, and there was no difference between the two groups in the resolution of the recombinant image. Conclusions The scanning delay time was determined by Bolus-tracking and physiological cycle during the MSCTA examination of congenital heart malformation. All the other injection parameters were the same to meet the diagnostic requirements. For the complex deformity, it is not easy to judge the vascular triggering area using physiology Circular method is more reliable.
