花柰又名大柰、硬皮杏、硬肚杏、福州杏。果实为桃形李实,果面绛红色,有花斑,皮薄。果重50—85克,果肉胭脂红色,质脆香爽,汁多味甜,可食率达 97%,可溶性固形物11.7%。每百克果肉含维生素C35毫克。果熟期6月下至7月初。单株结果75公斤。
