“发展体育运动,提高国民素质”是毛泽东主席对我国发展体育事业的殷切期盼。如何在全民中推广体育运动,特别是在广大的中学生周围营造运动的氛围,成为我们思考的方向。因此,本文以在校中学生为研究对象,以开展健身健美操训练为内容,把健身健美操的训练方法,融合到体操、舞蹈、音乐中去。并以实例为证,将身体练习组合成操,使健身健美操练习成为中学生增强体质、培养良好身体形态和韵律感以及协调性行之有效的训练方法进行探讨和总结。
“Developing Physical Education and Improving National Quality” is the earnest hope Chairman Mao Zedong has for developing sports in China. How to promote sports among all the people, especially creating a sporty atmosphere around a large number of middle school students, has become our thinking direction. Therefore, in this paper, middle school students in the study as the object, to carry out aerobics training as the content, the fitness aerobics training methods, integrated into gymnastics, dance, music. And examples of evidence, the combination of body exercises into exercises, aerobics exercises to become a secondary school students to enhance physical fitness, develop good body shape and rhythm and coordination of effective training methods to explore and summarize.
