水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层与沥青混凝土面层间粘结的好坏直接影响路面的使用寿命且与透层施工的质量密切相关,为提高沥青路面水稳碎石基层上透层施工的渗透深度,结合娄新高速公路沥青路面摊铺,开展了洒布不同透层油、不同级配的水稳碎石基层以及不同洒布时间的透层施工对比试验研究,得到高渗透乳化沥青的渗透深度不仅与煤油稀释沥青的相差无几,而且其单点渗透深度合格率高、对环境的影响小;半刚性基层的碎石级配及养护时间对透层施工中渗透深度有较大影响。研究表明:在级配良好的水泥稳定碎石基层上及时洒布高渗透乳化沥青能显著提高透层的渗透深度。
