All meat manufacturers with wire rope hauling lines (suspending conveyor lines) are inseparable from the 10° I-beam rail teeth (hanging feet) track, and the 45° downhill slope track is an indispensable connecting rail. Our factory introduced this production line from the second half of 1986. The author believes that as long as the operator is not reckless, this automatic line has fewer failures than the detachable suspension conveyor line, and the operation rate is high and the perfect rate is good. But in the ointment, it has more 45° uphill and downhill bends. Now we use the situation of our factory, use theory and data to demonstrate, and discuss “correctly designing 45° uphill and downhill curved rails, reduce losses and increase profits,” in order to seek corrective advice and discuss together.
