提出了ICP-AES法测定镍钼合金中Mo、Fe、Al、Si、P元素。针对镍钼合金的溶解方法、元素分析谱线的选择、仪器分析参数的优化、基体元素的影响及消除方法等进行研究,确定了最佳的试验条件;试验结果表明检出限(3SD)在0.002~0.04 mg/L。进行了准确度和精密度试验,回收率在95.0~110.0%之间;相对标准偏差(n=11)小于4.55%。数据表明该方法准确、简便、快速。
The ICP-AES method was proposed for the determination of Mo, Fe, Al, Si and P elements in Ni-Mo alloys. The optimal experimental conditions were determined according to the dissolution method of nickel-molybdenum alloy, the selection of elemental analysis lines, the optimization of instrumental analysis parameters, the influence of matrix elements and the elimination methods. The experimental results showed that the detection limit (3SD) 0.002 ~ 0.04 mg / L. The accuracy and precision test were carried out. The recoveries ranged from 95.0 to 110.0%. The relative standard deviations (n = 11) were less than 4.55%. The data show that the method is accurate, easy and fast.
