[目的]为保证花椒产量,筛选出适于防治主要害虫的高效且安全的杀虫剂,在室内和田间测定了6种药剂对花椒橘蚜的活性。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明:6种药剂在较低的质量浓度下对橘蚜都有较高的毒性,尤其是2%阿维菌素EC和2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯EW的活性最为显著,LC50值分别为0.21、0.35 mg/L;田间药效试验结果表明:6种药剂对花椒橘蚜有较好的防治效果,药后5 d,防治效果均在90%以上。[结论]建议2%阿维菌素EC、2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯EW可优先用于花椒橘蚜的防治,其他几种药剂可间隔轮换使用。
[Objective] The study aimed to ensure the yield of Chinese prickly ash pepper and screen out the efficient and safe insecticide suitable for the control of major pests. The activity of 6 kinds of pesticides on the orange peach aphid was determined indoors and in the field. [Result] The results of indoor toxicity test showed that the six kinds of chemicals had higher toxicity to the orange aphid at lower concentration, especially the 2% abamectin EC and 2.5% cyhalothrin EW , And the LC50 values were 0.21,0.35 mg / L respectively. The results of field efficacy tests showed that six kinds of pesticides had better control effects on the orange peach aphid, and the control effect was over 90% after 5 days. [Conclusion] It is suggested that 2% abamectin EC and 2.5% cyhalothrin EW could be used preferentially for the control of pepper orange peach aphid, and several other agents could be used alternately.
