以AT89C51微处理器为核心组成智能型微电阻测量系统。该设计依据四引线测量法,采用具有很好稳流特性及低漂移、低噪声的直流放大器和AD转换器MAX197构成测量电路。
AT89C51 microprocessor as the core of intelligent micro-resistance measurement system. The design based on four-lead measurement method, the use of a very good steady current characteristics and low drift, low noise DC amplifier and the AD converter MAX197 constitute the measurement circuit.
