(一)引言溶出伏安法分析是测定几个 ppm 和 ppb 级痕最元素的有效技术,已经在高纯材料、生物医学、环境科学等领域得到应用。但通常的溶出伏安分析需要几毫升至几十毫升测定溶液,这对不能多量取样的贵重样品、不易获得的生物样品,测定体积增大,导致样品过份稀释,实际上降低了测定灵敏度,增加了分析难度。因此解决微型溶出伏安分析用微型电解池是极有发展和应用前途的新课题。现有文献报道的一些方法,或用微型汞池电极,或用微型玻碳电极,前者更换汞滴时需同时更换测定溶液,后者因为是固体电极,重现性不易掌
