Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the classification of groundwater reserves in various types of hydrogeological surveys has followed the stipulations of the relevant norms of the Soviet Union, that is, three levels and five levels (C_2, C_1, B, A_2, A_1) Until the turmoil of the decade, most of the rules and regulations were abolished, groundwater reserves level rules also ceased to exist, has not yet been re-established. As early as 1956, the National Commission of Mineral Reserves of the Ministry of Geology translated and published the Regulation of Groundwater Exploited Reserves Classification approved by the Soviet Department of Geology in 1952. Therefore, China’s relevant norms, such as the Ministry of Geology issued a pilot in the early 1960s
