随着企业之间竞争的加剧,导致企业员工数量不断增加,用于增加企业自身的生产效率,从而保持企业的竞争力。由于员工数量不断增加,企业就需要通过采取一些政策来激励员工,由此来提高员工的积极性,增强企业内部的良好工作氛围,使企业保持较高的竞争力。但是,目前我国许多中小企业的薪酬制度都缺乏科学性,企业领导人没有充分认识到企业员工的需求,结果导致我国目前的中小企业没有建立适合企业自身发展的薪酬激励制度,企业想要建立科学的薪酬激励制度,还要做到一切从员工出发。只有企业员工从各方面都得到满足,企业的生产力才会不断得到发展,企业的竞争力才会逐步增加。本文从企业薪酬制度的建立和薪酬制度对员工的激励作用做了分析,讲述了科学的薪酬制度对企业的重要性。
