目的 介绍近年来国内外有关氟喹诺酮类新药在肾损害患者中的药代动力学研究情况 ,从而为临床合理使用此类药物提供依据。方法 根据文献分类 ,内容包括洛美沙星 (LFX)、左氟沙星 (LVFX)、芦氟沙星 (RFX)、司帕沙星 (SFX)、氟罗沙星(FRX)、格帕沙星 (GFX)在不同程度肾损害时主要药代动力学参数的改变及给药方案的调整。结果与结论 除GFX外 ,氟喹诺酮类药物在肾损害时 ,均出现半衰期 (t1 2 )延长 ,清除率 (CL)、肾清除率 (CLR)和尿回收率降低 ,临床使用时应进行给药方案的调整
