目的探讨克山病病区低硒玉米和酱块对鸡骨关节和心脏病理损伤的影响。方法将“京白905”鸡雏80只,按体重随机分为4组,以克山病病区玉米及酱块为原料,配比不同氨基酸合成饲料喂养。饲养4个月后处死,光镜下观察鸡骨关节和心脏病理改变。结果鸡骨关节病变实验组检出率分别为33.33%、22.22%、22.22%,对照组检出率33.33(。组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.825,P>0.05)。心肌病变实验组检出率分别为6.67%、11.11%、11.11%,对照组无病变。组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.543,P>0.05)。结论克山病病区粮食可导致鸡骨关节和心肌出现病理性损伤。克山病病区酱块可能为保护因素。
Objective To investigate the effect of low-selenium corn and jam on the joint and heart pathological damage of chicken in Keshan disease area. Methods Eighty chickens of “Bai Bai 905 ” were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight. Corn and chunks of Keshan disease were used as raw materials, and different amino acids were used to feed them. After 4 months of sacrifice, observe the chicken joints and heart pathology under light microscope. Results The detection rates of the experimental group were 33.33%, 22.22% and 22.22%, respectively, and the detection rate of the control group was 33.33 (There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 0.825, P> 0.05) The detection rates were 6.67%, 11.11% and 11.11%, respectively, but there was no significant difference in the control group (χ2 = 0.543, P> 0.05) .Conclusion Food in Keshan disease area can lead to chicken bone and joint Pathological injury.Keshan disease area sauce block may be a protective factor.
