目的:观察刺络泻血疗法对高尿酸血症模型大鼠血尿酸及肝肾功能的影响.方法:将40只清洁级SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、别嘌呤醇组及刺络泻血组,以腺嘌呤、乙胺丁醇混合液灌胃造模.第4周开始,别嘌呤醇组灌胃别嘌呤醇,2次/周;刺络泻血组选取大鼠委中穴及足三里穴附近的血络,第9周后腹主动脉取血,检测大鼠血尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平.结果:模型组UA、Cr、BUN含量及ALT、AST活性均高于正常组(P<0.05);别嘌呤醇组UA含量低于模型组(P<0.05),ALT活性高于模型组(P<0.05);刺络泻血组UA、Cr、BUN含量及ALT、AST活性均低于模型组(P<0.05).结论:刺络泻血疗法可以降低腺嘌呤合乙胺丁醇灌胃所致高尿酸血症模型大鼠的尿酸水平,降低高尿酸血症所致肝肾损伤,改善大鼠的肝肾功能.“,”Objective:To observe the effect of blood pricking therapy on serum uric acid (UA) and liver and kidney function in hyperuricemic rats.Methods:A total of 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,allopurinol group and blood pricking group.Rats with hyperuricemic were included by adenine and ethambutol hydrochloride intragastrically.After 4 weeks of modeling success,rats in allopurinol group lavaged allopurinol,twice a week;rats in blood pricking group were pricked for bloodletting on the rats leg collaterals of “ ‘Weizhong’ (BL40)” and “'Zusanli'(ST36)” until the eighth week.At the end of eighth week,the level of uric acid (UA),creatinine (Cr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were detected in rats.Results:The model group showed higher levels of UA,Cr and BUN content activity of AST and ALT than the normal group (P<0.05);the allopurinol group showed lower levels of UA than the model group,as well as higher activity of ALT than the model group (P<0.05).The blood pricking group showed lower levels of UA,Cr and BUN content as well as lower activity of AST and ALT than the model group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood pricking therapy can reduce the level of UA in rats with hyperuricemia induced by adenine combined with ethambuol and relieve liver and kidney function in rats.
