由机械工业部北京起重运输机械研究所主持召开的中小型水利启闭机行业组成立大会于1986年7月6～9日在湖北省咸宁地区召开。到会代表有地方机械厅、水利厅属各中、小型生产厂28个,高等院校、研究设计院、所6个,以及湖北省、咸宁地区、咸宁市各级领导等代表共65人。大会讨论并通过了“中小型水利启闭机行业组章程”(试行稿),“中小型水利启闭机行业组“七五”规划及86～87年度计划”,成立了“中小型水利启闭机行业组技术委员会”,并通过
The establishment meeting of the small and medium-sized water conservancy hoist industry group hosted by the Beijing Lifting Transport Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry was held on July 6th to 9th, 1986 in the Xianning area of Hubei Province.
