合成了具有近红外荧光特性的卟啉化合物二{[5,5’-10,20-二苯基-15-(4-吡啶基)卟啉]Zn(Ⅱ)]}丁二炔,通过核磁共振波谱和质谱对其结构进行了确认.通过紫外吸收光谱法测定了其光学性质,利用HWHR光学平台测定了化合物在近红外区激发产生的荧光,并通过动物组织模型评价其荧光深层次成像效果.结果表明,该化合物具有较强的近红外光学特性,生物组织荧光成像深度可达1 cm以上,可以满足近红外荧光成像要求,在活体荧光成像方面具有良好的应用前景.
The porphyrin compound bis {[5,5’-10,20-diphenyl-15- (4-pyridyl) porphyrin] Zn (II)]} diacetylene with near infrared fluorescence was synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.The optical properties were determined by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, the fluorescence excited by the compound in the near infrared region was measured by HWHR optical platform, and the deep imaging effect was evaluated by animal tissue model The results show that the compound has strong near - infrared optical properties, and the fluorescence imaging depth of biological tissues can reach more than 1 cm, which can meet the requirements of near infrared fluorescence imaging and has good application prospects in living fluorescence imaging.
