本文介绍了用45V非调质钢制造发动机曲轴的试验研究。锻造加热温度、终锻温度和冷却速度是影响非调质钢性能的重要因素。锻后空冷析出强化的45V钢的疲劳强度与45钢基本相同。45V钢曲轴变形较小,可以取消锻后冷校直工序。45V钢曲轴的切削略优于45钢。45V钢的韧性和塑性低于45钢,应对45V钢曲轴低温使用性能进一步考核。
This paper introduces the experimental research on crankshafts of engine made of 45V non-quenched and tempered steel. Forging heating temperature, final forging temperature and cooling rate is an important factor affecting the performance of non-quenched and tempered steel. After forging air-cooled precipitated 45V steel fatigue strength and 45 steel is basically the same. 45V steel crankshaft deformation is small, you can cancel forging cold straightening process. 45V steel crankshaft slightly better than 45 steel cutting. 45V steel toughness and plasticity of less than 45 steel, 45V steel crankshaft should be used to further evaluate the low temperature performance.
