就目前而言,女性青年教师占据了大学公共英语教师总人数的半壁江山,由于与男性教师在性别上的差异,女性青年教师在职业发展道路上有着鲜明的特色,她们在为人师、为人妻、为人母的多重社会角色中如何进行职业发展是一个值得关注的话题。围绕上述问题对大学公共英语青年女性教师的职业发展进行叙事探究,可以了解大学公共英语青年女性教师职业发展的有利和不利因素、职业成长特点,并从中发掘她们职业发展的“经验”的意义和价值。
For the moment, young female teachers occupy half of the total number of university public English teachers. Because of the gender differences with male teachers, young female teachers have distinctive characteristics on career development. They are teachers and wives, How to carry out career development in the multiple roles of motherhood is a topic of concern.
