目的探讨广东省社区人群中胃食管反流病(GERD)的患病情况。方法自2003年5 月至9月,采用整群和分层抽样方法,在广东省内随机选取广州市(较发达城市)、惠州市(中等发达城市)和惠阳县新圩镇(农村地区)作为调查地区,采用中文版反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)进行调查。调查方式均为面访式。调查资料均输入电脑并建立数据库,用SPSS10．0软件行卡方检验、t检验和Logistic回归分析等。结果实际共调查3338人(男1468人、女1870人),应答率为95％;年龄18～90岁,平均年龄(42．6±16．4)岁。按反流症状出现的频率定义,广东省社区人群中烧心和(或)反酸(至少每周发生1 次)的患病率为6．2％。按RDQ评分(≥12)定义,广东省社区人群中GERD的标化患病率为2．3％。男性患病率稍高于女性,分别为2．6％和2．4％,但差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。65岁以上是相对高发人群(3．5％),但各年龄组GERD患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论广东省社区人群中 GERD患病率明显低于西方国家,也低于北京、上海两地。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in community population in Guangdong Province. Methods From May to September 2003, cluster analysis and stratified sampling were used to select randomly selected cities of Guangzhou (more developed cities), Huizhou (moderately developed cities) and Xinxu (rural areas) of Huiyang County in Guangdong Province. As a survey area, a survey was conducted using the Chinese version of the Reflux Disease Questionnaire (RDQ). Survey methods are interview. Survey data were entered into the computer and the establishment of a database using SPSS10.0 chi-square test, t test and Logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 3338 people were surveyed (1468 males and 1870 females). The response rate was 95%. The age ranged from 18 to 90 years with a mean age of (42.6 ± 16.4) years. According to the frequency of reflux symptoms, the prevalence of heartburn and / or acid reflux (at least once a week) in the community population in Guangdong Province was 6.2%. According to the definition of RDQ (≥12), the prevalence of GERD in community population in Guangdong Province was 2.3%. The prevalence of males was slightly higher than that of females, with 2.6% and 2.4% respectively, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The prevalence of GERD in all age groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of GERD in community population in Guangdong Province is obviously lower than that in Western countries and lower than those in Beijing and Shanghai.
