根据空气系数的经验数据计算出辐射管温度曲线和单耗,选择最佳空气系数;利用FLUENT商用软件对辐射管中的燃烧过程进行数值模拟,讨论辐射管内流场及温度场的影响因素。结果表明:这项工作可以优化辐射管结构设计,对各种性能指标作出评价。
Based on the empirical data of the air coefficient, the temperature curve and unit consumption of the radiant tube were calculated and the optimum air coefficient was selected. The commercial FLUENT software was used to simulate the combustion process in the radiant tube. The influencing factors of the flow field and the temperature field in the radiant tube were discussed. The results show that this work can optimize the design of radiant tube structure and evaluate various performance indexes.
