阻塞犬基底动脉,观察脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)变化,结果发现:犬基底动脉下端阻塞对BAEP潜伏期(PL)、峰间期(IPL)、波幅及波形无明显影响,亦无神经症状及体征。基底动脉上下端同时阻塞后1小时,BAEPⅡ至Ⅴ波PL、IPL显著延长,随阻塞时间的持续,其延长越明显,波幅也明显下降,波形不规则。Ⅰ波在阻塞后则无显著改变,提示BAEP可以反映基底动脉阻塞后的脑干损害,对判断脑干功能是一项有价值的客观指标。
Obstruction of the basilar artery in dogs was observed. The changes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) were observed. The results showed that occlusion of basilar artery in dogs had no significant effect on the latency, amplitude and waveform of BAEP, Signs. One hour after basilar artery occlusion at the same time, the PL and IPL of BAEPⅡ-Ⅴ wave were significantly prolonged. With the prolonging of the occlusion time, the prolongation was more obvious, the amplitude was obviously decreased, and the waveform was irregular. Ⅰ wave in the obstruction after no significant change, suggesting that BAEP can reflect the basilar artery blockage of brain stem damage, to determine the function of the brain stem is a valuable objective indicators.
