目的 :探讨肾衰泻浊汤对慢性肾衰模型大鼠肾小管间质损伤的抑制作用。方法 :以腺嘌呤诱导慢性肾衰动物模型 ,予以肾衰泻浊汤进行防治。结果 :各治疗组大鼠尿α1-MG浓度明显提高 ,血α1-MG排泄量及肾组织PCNA+ 细胞数目明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肾小管间质病理损伤有所改善。且血、尿α1-MG与SCr、BUN呈显著正相关性。结论 :肾衰泻浊汤防治慢性肾衰的机理可能与抑制肾脏细胞增殖 ,减轻肾小管间质的病理损伤有关
Objective : To investigate the inhibitory effect of Shenai Xiexian Decoction on renal tubulointerstitial injury in rats with chronic renal failure. Methods: The animal model of chronic renal failure induced by adenine was treated with Shenxie Xiezhuo Decoction. RESULTS: The concentration of urinary α1-MG in rats of each treatment group was significantly increased, and the excretion of α1-MG in blood and the number of PCNA+ cells in renal tissue were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the pathological damage of tubulointerstitium was improved. There was a significant positive correlation between blood and urine α1-MG and SCr and BUN. Conclusion : The mechanism of Shenshuai Xieguding in preventing and treating chronic renal failure may be related to inhibiting the proliferation of renal cells and reducing the pathological damage of tubulointerstitial
