中厚板终轧后的控制冷却过程对钢板的质量起着非常重要的作用,提高终冷温度控制精度是中厚板轧制领域的关键题。因此,介绍为中厚板设计开发的轧后加速冷却在线使用的控冷数学模型,模型采用神经网络计算换热系数,通过在线使用证明该控冷模型预报精度较高,控冷钢板的板形和性能均达到设计要求,能够满足现场实际生产的需要。
The control cooling process after plate rolling plays a very important role on the quality of the steel plate. Improving the control precision of the final cooling temperature is the key issue in the plate rolling field. Therefore, this paper introduces the cold-control mathematical model used in the online design of the plate-rolling accelerated cooling. The model uses the neural network to calculate the heat transfer coefficient. The on-line use proves that the control precision of the controlled cooling model is high. And performance have reached the design requirements, to meet the needs of the actual production site.
