自古以来,传统的农业都占据着国家经济十分重要的位置,农业发展是否能够健康发展关系到国民经济的命脉。故而,完善农业保险相关的法律机制对于落实“三农政策”是起着不可忽视的促进作用,也就是说稳定农业生产,发展农村经济。不断完善我国农业保险法律的相关制度,为我国农业发展中的农业保险提供相应法律保障,可以提高我国农民的农业收入和农业经济的健康可持续发展,也带动了我国经济的整体发展,提高了我国的综合国力。故而,建立我国健全完善的农业保险法律制度势在必行。
Since ancient times, the traditional agriculture occupies the very important position of the national economy. Whether the agricultural development can develop healthily is related to the lifeline of the national economy. Therefore, perfecting the legal mechanism of agricultural insurance plays an important role in promoting the “Three Rural Policies”, which means to stabilize agricultural production and develop rural economy. The continuous improvement of the relevant system of China’s agricultural insurance law and the provision of appropriate legal guarantees for agricultural insurance in the development of agriculture in our country can increase the agricultural incomes and the healthy and sustainable development of the agricultural economy of our peasants and also promote the overall economic development in our country and improve China’s overall national strength. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a sound and perfect legal system of agricultural insurance in our country.
