不平衡的区域发展是各国经济发展的普遍现象。缩小地区差距，促进区域协调发展是各国政府的主要政策选择。我国促进区域协调发展的政策应该是继续推进国内经济的一体化进程，用促进劳动力跨部门与跨地区转移的财政激励机制来兼顾空间的效率与公平。
