将髓鞘碱蛋白(MBP)应用于远离大脑局部致伤条件下,从不同侧面对中枢神经系统(CNS)应变效应进行综合研究。建立了狗双后肢低、高速投射物致伤模型。对脑脊液(CSF)、血清及CNS下丘脑、海马区、颞叶皮层脑组织MBP含量变化动态定量分析;从基因水平MBPmRNA表达、启动,结合CNS超微结构早期病理形态学改变进行研究。获得启示:在非颅脑直接损伤特定应激条件下,CNS的确有不同程度、不同范围的损害作用;不同应激强度对CNS产生不同的影响,导致不同应变效应;MBPmRNA表达增强,MBP释放增多,特别是CSFMBP明显升高,反映了CNS受损,脑组织超微结构早期病理反应,直接标志CNS不同程度实质性损害。
Myelin basic protein (MBP) is used to study the strain effects of the central nervous system (CNS) from different sides under the condition of local wounds far away from the brain. Established the dog double hind limb low, high speed projectile injury model. Dynamic and quantitative analysis of MBP levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), serum and CNS hypothalamus, hippocampus and temporal cortex brain tissue were carried out. The expression of MBP mRNA at gene level, initiation and combination with the early pathological changes of CNS ultrastructure were studied. Obtained enlightenment: Under the condition of direct stress-induced non-brain injury, CNS does have different degree and different range of damage; different stress intensity have different effects on CNS, resulting in different strain effects; MBPmRNA expression increased, MBP release increased , Especially CSFMBP was significantly increased, reflecting the CNS damage, early pathological changes of brain ultrastructure, a direct sign of CNS substantive damage to varying degrees.
