用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪研究虾夷扇贝贝壳各部位微观结构、相组成及与功能相关性。结果表明,虾夷扇贝贝壳由三层组成:外层的结构单元为带弧度鳞片;中间层为小板条;内层的结构单元分为两种:闭壳肌对应部位为棱柱状纤维,其它为角钢状纤维。贝壳材料由无机质碳酸钙和有机质蛋白质构成,棱柱层的无机质为文石;其他部位的无机质为方解石。扇贝贝壳不同位置结构组成、结构单元及相组成不同,与其功能需求密切相关。微观结构的差异分布和有机–无机材料复合确保扇贝贝壳具备不同功能保护自己。
The microstructure, phase composition and function of each part of Scallop Scallop shell were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the shell of Scallop Scallop was composed of three layers: the outer structure unit was radiolucent scale; the middle layer was small slat; the inner structure unit was divided into two kinds: the corresponding part of the adductor muscle was prismatic fiber, other For the angle of steel fiber. The shell material is made of inorganic calcium carbonate and organic protein, and the inorganic layer of prismatic layer is aragonite. The inorganic matter of other parts is calcite. Scallop shell structure of different locations, structural units and phase composition is different, and its functional requirements are closely related. The differential distribution of microstructures and the organic-inorganic composite ensure that scallop shells have different functions to protect themselves.
