测定了银杏雌株和雄株实生树内源激素及核酸含量在生长季节的变化。结果表明,在3月上旬芽膨大时芽尖中赤霉素(GA3)含量已达高峰,随后急剧下降,到9月中下旬降到最低点。6月上旬芽尖中玉米素(ZT)含量升到最高值,生长素(IAA)则降到最低点,而脱落酸(ABA)减少到检测水平以下。分析显示,银杏雌雄株间内源激素和核酸的变化在含量水平上有一定差异。雌株的GA3和ZT含量高于雄株;IAA和ABA则低于雄株。雌雄株叶片中内源激素变化趋势与芽尖中的变化相似。6月上旬以前雄株芽尖中核酸含量高于雌株,8月上旬以后则相反,雌株超过雄株。讨论了激素水平差异与花芽分化和银杏性别的相关及其可能原因。图3参6
The changes of endogenous hormones and nucleic acids in the female and male plants of Ginkgo biloba during the growing season were determined. The results showed that the content of GA3 reached a peak at bud tip in early March and then dropped sharply, reaching the lowest point in the middle and late September. In early June, the content of zeatin (ZT) in bud tip reached the highest value, IAA decreased to the lowest point, and ABA decreased below detection level. The analysis showed that there were some differences in the contents of endogenous hormones and nucleic acids between male and female plants of Ginkgo biloba. GA3 and ZT content of female plants was higher than that of male plants; IAA and ABA were lower than male ones. The trend of endogenous hormones in the male and female plants was similar to that in the shoot tips. In early June, the content of nucleic acid in the male plant bud tip was higher than that in the female plant, but in the early August, the female plant exceeded the male plant. The correlation between hormonal levels and flower bud differentiation and gingko sex and their possible causes were discussed. Figure 3 reference 6
