中原油田采油三厂管辖文明寨、卫城和马寨三个复杂断块油田,“八五”期末二年,由于没有新区投入,储量接替不足,油田井况恶化,注采关系难于协调,工艺技术和油藏认识跟不上开发实际需要等矛盾日益突出,原油产量大幅下降,老井自然递减加大,地层能量下降,油田开发面临严峻形势。针对这一状况,通过加强地质基础研究,深化油藏分层认识,进一步细化油田注采管理,开发效果得到明显改善,老井自然递减得到有效控制,实现了油田九六到九八三年保持稳产,取得了显著的开发生产效益。其细化注采管理的主要作法,为老油田高含水期控水稳油提供了可贵经验。

In response to this situation, by strengthening geological basic research, deepening understanding of reservoir stratification, and further refine the management of injection and production in oilfields, the development effect has been significantly improved, the natural decline of the old wells effectively controlled, to achieve the oil fields from 1996 to 1983 Maintain stable production and achieved significant development and production benefits. The refinement of the main practice of injection and production management, the old oilfield water control during the high water stability provides a valuable experience.
