针对防突掘进机机载钻机执行机构的钻探负载变化特性,提出防突掘进机机载钻机的设计功能要求,并确定了钻机机身设计方案。使用三维建模软件及有限元软件,建立钻机的有限元模型,对钻机进行模态分析和稳态动力学响应仿真,以便评定钻机的动态特性是否满足设计要求,样机的试验结果表明钻机设计完全符合各项设计技术指标。
In view of the variation of drilling load of anti-TBM air-boring machine actuators, the design requirements of anti-TBM air-boring machine are put forward and the design of drilling machine fuselage is confirmed. Using 3D modeling software and finite element software, the finite element model of drilling rig is set up, and the rig analysis and steady-state dynamic response simulation are carried out in order to assess whether the dynamic characteristics of the rig meet the design requirements. The prototype test results show that the rig design is complete In line with the design of technical indicators.
