今年是我国加入世贸组织后的第一年。据外经贸部最新统计,今年1～2月全国新批设立外商投资企业3963家,合同外资金额114.49亿美元,实际使用外资金额58.74亿美元.比上年同期分别增长23.65%、24.41%和28.37%。截至今年2月,我国累计使用外资金额已突破4000亿美元。截止到2月底,全国累计批准设立外商投资企业393988个,合同外资金额7567.4亿美元,实际使用外资金额4010.98亿美元。联合国贸发会议发布的《2001年世界投资报告》显示,全球跨国公司500强有近400家在华投资了2000多个项目。这当中,跨国公司不但对华投资力度加大,输出高新技术比重增加,
