随着科技的发展,电子商务在人们的生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。电子商务的发展前景良好,对促进我国中小企业的发展起着重要作用。但是,我国中小企业在对电子商务的运用上还有所欠缺,特别是在运用电子商务促进企业核心竞争力上还存在认识不足的现象。因此,企业要从内部管理机制、人才培养等方面改进措施,从而促进其自身发展。
With the development of science and technology, e-commerce plays an increasingly important role in people’s life. The development of e-commerce has good prospects and plays an important role in promoting the development of SMEs in our country. However, there are still some shortages in the use of e-commerce in our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, there is a lack of understanding in using e-commerce to promote their core competitiveness. Therefore, enterprises should improve measures from the aspects of internal management mechanism and personnel training so as to promote their own development.
