该机选用8031单片机做为主控机,并编写了约4KB的主控制程序,其报警语言是采用的合成技术,由语言处理芯片合成。控制锅炉的电路由单片机控制,经继电器具体实施,以保证自动执行报警后恢复锅炉正常运用的连锁操作。 其简单线路联接为:8031的P1口经373接数码管,让其显示故障编号;P1口还和语音处理芯片相连。8031的P0口经373锁定接EPROM片27512,此片中装有近64KB的主控程序和语音数码,P2口则直接与27512连接。其他为控制电路和执行操作部分。为抗干扰,提高该机的灵敏度,在主控板上还装有光电隔离芯片。
