For the patients long time queuing problem,a public hospital carried out the field investigation and analysis,collecting data of the actual system,using SPSS software data analysis,conceptual models are established through the queuing theory of knowledge,then establishes the simulation model by Flexsim,substitution into physical parameters and run the simulation model,and confirmed by the simulation results,analyze the simulation results,optimized to improve,to achieve the optimization of treatment processes and service number,however,improve patients satisfaction and reduce the cost of hospital.针对患者就医长时间排队等待的问题,对某公立医院进行了现场调查和分析研究,采集实际系统的数据,用SPSS分析软件对数据进行分析,通过排队论的知识建立概念模型;然后基于Flexsim建立仿真模型,代入实体参数,运行仿真模型,并通过仿真结果进行仿真模型的确证。结果表明:该仿真模型实现了就诊流程与服务台数的优化,提高了患者满意度,降低了医院的成本费用。

Aiming at the problem that the patients waiting in line for doctors for a long time, a public hospital on-site survey and analysis of the actual collection of data collection system, using SPSS analysis software to analyze the data through the knowledge of queuing theory to establish a conceptual model; and then established based on Flexsim Simulation model, into the entity parameters, run the simulation model, and the simulation results confirm the simulation model. The results show that the simulation model can optimize the flow of treatment and the number of service stations, improve patient satisfaction and reduce the cost of the hospital.
