本文从“旅游信息宣传程度、旅游服务人员服务态度、旅游景点艺术性程度、旅游费用成本、旅游诚信程度”的角度,构建了五个研究假设。把参照里克特测量量表形式编制调查问卷作为研究工具,对调查问卷数据进行定量研究。本文调查问卷实际共收集调查问卷392份,排除不符合要求的调查问卷3份,总共回收有效调查问卷是389份,有效回收率是97.25%,。研究得出:新旅游信息宣传程度、旅游服务人员服务态度、旅游景点艺术性程度、旅游费用成本、旅游诚信程度对秦皇岛市旅游消费意愿都具有显著性正向影响作用。
This essay constructs five research hypotheses from the perspective of tourism information publicity degree, attitude of tourist service personnel, degree of artistry of tourist attractions, cost of tourism costs and tourism integrity. The reference questionnaire measurement form form the questionnaire as a research tool, the questionnaire data quantitative research. The survey questionnaire actually collected a total of 392 questionnaires, excluding 3 non-compliant questionnaires, a total of 389 valid questionnaires were recovered, the effective recovery rate was 97.25%. The result shows that the propaganda degree of new tourism information, the service attitude of tourist service personnel, the artistic degree of tourist attractions, the cost of traveling expenses and the degree of tourism honesty have a significant positive effect on the intention of tourism consumption in Qinhuangdao.
